  • If you are utilising the gym program, your equipment will be outlined in your training program.
    If you are utilising the home program, you will need 1 set of dumbbells, 1 booty band, and 1 long resistance band.
    These can all be purchased at Kmart.

  • Yes 100% all fitness levels are welcome and catered for!

  • Individualized 1:1 support is something 1:1 clients receive. As a part of tier 1 & 2 of the revamp membership you have access to our group chat for accountability and motivation. And you have the chance to ask questions in a group questions chat so that bonnie can answer for everyone to benefit from hearing the answer.
